OPTIMA-S Air Volume Control

Available in different sizes, OPTIMA-S controllers are single of double-skin rectangular variable airflow volume (VAV) controllers that are commonly used for return air applications or for supply air applications. They are optimised for single zone control with supply and return in Master and Slave configurations. They are ideal for offices, hotel rooms, meeting rooms or larger public or industrial halls where the cooling and heating load requirements will vary on demand. 

OPTIMA-S controllers have a galvanised sheet steel casing and aluminium profile blade. A flanged mounting frame in the casing ensures the sturdiness of the controller. Aerofoil blades are opposed action and are made from extruded aluminium and are equipped with rubber gaskets. The blade axes sit in self-lubricating polymer bearings. The polymer foam insulation around the casing is covered by a galvanised steel protection sheet. Available sizes (mm): 200 × 100 to 1200 × 1000 with steps of 50 mm in height and width.
