Geniox Go air handling units are assembled and tested in the factory before being shipped out to you. This not only ensures you will have a shorter lead time, but that your Geniox Go AHU will perform in line with its specifications after you install it.
Geniox Go units are compact, easily fitting through standard door openings of 900 mm. This allows you to quickly and easily install Geniox Go at any stage of your project, saving precious time otherwise spent in taking apart the units or making last-minute changes to floor plans.

Geniox Go is also environmentally conscious in its construction. Made of steel, aluminium, copper, and insulation, 95% of a Geniox Go can be fully recycled and reused when decommissioned.
Made from sturdy galvanized and powder-coated steel frames. Panels are well insulated featuring an energy-smart sandwich construction method that minimises thermal bridging.
Panels also come with magnesium zinc surface treatment and an optional white painted finish.
Geniox Go has a corrosion class of C5 and leakage class of LM(1)
Geniox Go has a thermal bridging class of TB2 and insulation class of T2.
Large rectangular inspection windows allow Geniox Go to be thoroughly inspected from the outside.
Like the panels, Geniox Go’s doors are well insulated using the sandwich construction method. Hinges and handles are robust to ensure they last for years.
Geniox Go comes with EC fans equipped with IE5 energy classification motors and aerodynamically shaped impellers made of lightweight composite materials, delivering excellent performance with lower SFP values and lower sound levels. The small form factor and mounting ensure the fans and motors are hygienic and easy to clean in line with Systemairs #hygienicbydesign initiatives.
The rotary heat exchanger is available in three variants: condensation, sorption hybrid, and sorption heat exchanger.
The rotary heat exchanger has a high efficiency – between 75% to 87% depending on operating conditions. It can recover moisture and is the heat exchanger that requires the least space.
The sorption hybrid exchanger recovers more moisture and humidifies the supply air.
The sorption exchanger dehumidifies the air, including outdoor air before cooling.
Highly efficient, the plate heat exchanger has separate airflows to prevent the transfer of odors to the supply air. It also prevents the transfer of moisture between the two airflows.
The plate heat exchanger is available in two variants: cross flow and counter flow heat exchangers.
The cross flow exchanger is made of aluminum and has an efficiency of up to 85% depending on air speed and unit size.
The counter flow exchanger has an efficiency of up to 90% and is available only in aluminum.
Heat exchangers are fitted with a by-pass for capacity control and frost protection. They also come with a built-in sloped drip tray.
The run-around coil heat exchangers have an efficiency of up to 80% depending on air speed through the coil, and are used when the two airflows must be kept completely separate, or when the airflows are in different places.
The heating coil is used for heating the supply air and is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins. These coils consist of heating elements of stainless steel and have built-in safety control system. Its efficiency of operations can be affected by electric supply, hot water, or condensation of the refrigerant.
The cooling coil is used for cooling the supply air and the cooling coil for evaporation has the liquid distributor placed in the unit. Its operations may be affected by cold water or direct evaporative refrigerant.
The change-over coil is a cooling coil for cold water. It can also be used for heating by changing the water temperature from cold to warm as needed.
The heat pump is an integrated reversible heat pump system built into a unit section. The system consists of a reversible heat pump and a rotary heat exchanger that enables both heating and cooling.
The unit is equipped with scroll compressors and cooling/heating capacity as stepless variable in the range of 5-100%. The heat pump is based on R-410A refrigerant and is equipped with a complete control system.
The humidifier is made as a complete unit including humidification elements, tray and frame made of stainless steel AISI 304, circulation pump, irrigation regulation valves, overflow, bleed-off regulation valve, float valve for controlling the water supply to the tray and valve for emptying the tray.
The panel filter is a basic filter class Coarse 65% (G4) according to EN ISO 16890 with a short building length. It is designed on pleated filter principle.
The bag filter is a bag filter, which design provides a large filter area. The filter has a long lifetime and thus good overall economy. The filter can be supplied in the filter classes Coarse 65% (G4), ePM10 60% (M5), ePM2.5 50% (M6), ePM1 60% (F7), ePM1 75% (F8), ePM1 85% (F9), or CITY-FLO ePM1 60% (F7 City-Flo) according to EN ISO 16890. CITY-FLO ePM1 60% is a filter with particle and molecular filtration, specially designed for use in urban areas and areas with heavy traffic. Bag filters are available in 2 lengths; 520 and 640 mm.

The dampers comply with tightness class 4 C according to EN 1751:2014. The dampers have counter rotating aerodynamically shaped damper blades made of aluminium, which ensure low pressure loss when open.
The sound attenuator is an absorption attenuator with baffles and reduces the sound power level from the air handling unit to the duct system. Can be used for dry and wet cleaning.
