Each RVF unit is externally mounted on the outside of your workspace. This helps you to optimise your available space and doesn’t compromise on your brand, appearance or aesthetics due to its unobtrusive coating.
External mounting helps to keep noise outside of the building and ensures, that your space is suitable for your use case in various domestic and commercial applications.
RVF is fully speed controllable and allows for the use of our large range of electrical accessories to fulfill different needs on various applications.
RVF can be selected together with variety types of accessories as filters, dampers, etc.
Casing made of galvanised sheet steel. External cover additionally finished by white powder coating to ensure necessary corrosion protection at outdoor mounting. Fan is equipped with an external terminal box with protection class IP55.
RVF fans use backward curved radial impellers. These are from lightweight, hard-wearing fiberglass reinforced polyamide, dynamically balanced and paired with corresponding external rotor motors.
Depending on type, RVF fans are equipped with AC or high efficient EC external rotor motors. All motors are supported by long-life ball bearings.
Fans with AC motors have an integrated impedance motor protection.
Fans with EC motors have an integrated electronic thermal protection including locked-rotor protection and soft-start.
EC motor with built-in potentiometer to adjust working point can be also controlled by external signal 0-10V.
AC motor can be controlled by 5-step or stepless speed regulator.
Speed regulation can be combined with timer, thermostat, hygrostat, etc. by using wide range of electrical accessories.
RVF fans should be mounted on external wall. External cover can be disconnected by using 4 screws for fan installation or servicing. All models share a standard size inlet part to simplify installation when fan used together with circular ducts and additional accessories, like filter boxes, sound attenuators and other mechanical accessories.
