The DBWF-W ceiling motion sensor with switching contact (changeover contact) detects the presence of persons and movements. The motion detector is used for monitoring, detection of conditions and motion-dependent control of room functions, e.g. for lowering the temperature of unused rooms, automatic switching on of ventilation, etc. The ceiling motion detector is used for installation in false ceilings of corridors, offices and in residential and business premises. The transmitter is located in a separate housing. The detector detects movements with an opening angle of 110° and 360° circumference. The patented lens system with 20 individual lenses creates very small dark areas that are only a few centimeters in size even at a distance of 10 m and reliably detects small movements.The hold time of the output, measured from the time of the last detected movement, can be preset via a potentiometer from 4 seconds to approx. 16 minutes.
