The sound pressure level due to the vents own noise is given by the formula:
Lp = Lw - 10 log (V/12,5) in dB(A) where V is the volume of the room in m

Example: for a 40 m

room, and Lw = 31 dB(A), Lp = 26 dB(A).
Noise attenuation Dn,e,w (C) is determnined using the Ø 125 sleeve, the opening being fitted with or without a silencer module.
