The range has been designed to produce negative water temperature all year long . The units are equipped with extremely robust screw compressors and shell & tube counter flow evaporator.
They are able to provide -8°C chilled water at -18°C outside air temperature.
The SYSCREW AIR CO units are available in both Standard (STD) and Super Low Noise (S) options making it suitable for a wide range of installations.
Excellent control of superheating for the best performance at full and partial load and for a safe operation.
The SYSCREW AIR CO air-cooled chillers have been developed for air conditioning and process cooling. It is equipped with microchannel coils, optimised screw compressors and advanced control.
The units are available in 21 sizes and have been designed to operate with R134a refrigerant. All of the components have been optimised for operation with this refrigerant. Each unit consists of two independent refrigerant circuits complete with screw compressors and one double-circuit pure counterflow shell and tube heat exchanger.
The Standard (STD) version is equipped with delta-connected fan motors. The chillers are fitted with a compressor box to reduce noise emissions. Super Low Noise (S) units are equipped with star-connected fan motors that are fitted with a speed controller. This allows the units to operate with a very low RPM.
