Constant volume and low consumption

The BF MX is a single-flow decentralised ventilation unit for continuous running, constant volume and low power consumption. BF MX ventilation system ensures the quality of the indoor air is constantly maintained for the health and well-being of the occupants as well as of the building.

Shockproof and robust

The fan casing is made of high-quality ABS, providing long-lasting, shock-proof and robust construction, suitable for continuous and intermittent running even in cold climates. Fans are fully recyclable once it has reached the end of its operational lifespan.

Intelligent control

Intelligent control of humidity and run-on timer, to adapt the fan operation to assure top acoustic comfort especially at night time. Constant flow option, to speed up or slow down the unit depending on the variations of the resistances caused by long length ducting or external windy conditions. Ease of configuration through external buttons.

Low power consumption

The BF MX uses EC brushless motors which significantly minimize the power consumption during continious daily operation.

Construction

Casing made of high quality ABS provides long lasting shock-proof and robust construction with IPX4 protection degree. The unit is finished in white RAL 9010 and is UV resistant. Aerodynamic deflectors on the housing reducing air turbulences and are designed to maximise airflow. Aesthetic flat front cover provides a modern interior design.

Impeller

High efficient mixed-flow impeller, providing enhanced aerodynamic properties, low noise and increased performances.

Motor

Single phase EC brushless motor, mounted on sealed for life, high quality ball bearings optimised for continuous running applications.

Motor protection

BF MX fan EC motors have integrated thermal protection.

Additional safety feature: when the design front cover is removed, the motor stops to configure the unit.

Control

The unit continues to run at the selected minimum speed which automatically increases to intermediate speed if either humidistat or run-on timer are activated.

The maximum speed can be activated through dedicated remote on/off switch, ambient sensor or through light switch.

Installation

Fan can be installed on external wall/panel or window. Fan suitable to extract stale air directly to the outside or through short length ducting.

Fan is double insulated: no earth connection is required when connecting to the power source.
