Flexibility

The DVC/DVCI-POC fans areintended to use for extract air with vertical discharge.

The fans are designed to handle high volumes at medium pressure without generating excessive noise.

DVC/DVCI-POC includes a pressure regulator and a temperature sensor for external temperature compensation.

Reliability

The casing made out of seawater resistant aluminium with an inside galvanised steel frame is hard-wearing. This makes the fan also suitable for coastal applications.

The combination of casing and motor construction ensures to minimize the need for maintenance of the fans and allows long continuous operation.

Performance

The sound optimized impellers together with high efficient external rotor motors are designed to ensure high-level performance to minimize power consumption and maximize efficiency.

Features

Construction

The Casing is made from sea water resistant aluminium. Base frame manufactured from galvanised steel with integrated inlet cone. Integrated bird guard manufactured from powder coated, galvanised steel. Units in sizes from 315 – 500 include a tilting device to allow for quick access for review and inspection.

DVCI-POC is with 50 mm mineral wool acoustic and thermal insulation.

Impeller

The DVC/DVCI-POC fans use radial impeller with backward curved blades. These are made out of polyamide (size 190 - 225) or polypropylen (from Size 315 up to 710), dynamically balanced and paired with corresponding EC external rotor motors.

Motor

DVC/DVCI-POC fans are delivered with EC motors. Motors are suitable for 50Hz and 60Hz.

Motor protection

Fans with EC motors have an integrated electronic thermal protection including locked-rotor protection and soft-start.

Control

DVC/DVCI-POC with integrated pressure regulator and temperature sensor for external temperature compensation. The programming for constant pressure control can be executed with and without external temperature compensation.

Depending on the type, EC motors are also equipped by ModBus communication or alarm signal.

Installation

The DVC/DVCI-POC are for outside installation.
