Fit-for-purpose
Systemair flue-gas fans counteract drafts caused by stoves, ovens and open fireplaces.
The ZRS 170 is suitable for fireplaces with an aperture up to 0,35 m² and the ZRS 180 is intended for fireplaces with an aperture between 0,35 and 0,80 m².
Easy to install
ZRS fan is a discreet and compact unit with a low profile. Fan should be positioned on the top of the chimney with no requirements of fixing into the chimney itself. That means that fan can be installed in various different installation purposes.

Construction
The ZRS fans have a black colored casing made of cast aluminium alloy.
Fans are supplied with 1 m armoured cable and a junction box. Steel cables are provided to give extra support for the fan during chimney sweeping and similar operations.
Impeller
Fan completed with single inlet impeller is made of stainless steel (rust- and acid-resistant) to support high temperature continuous operation.
Motor
ZRS fans are equipped with AC motor insulation class F, supported by long-life ball bearings. Motor completed with own hot-dip galvanized impeller for addition cooling.
Motor protection
To protect from overheating, all motors are equipped with internally connected thermal overload protector (TOP).
Control
ZRS fans are controlled by 5-step or stepless speed regulator provided as accessory.
Installation
ZRS fans are positioned on the top of the chimney and fixed with four adjustable locating rods which are inserted down the chimney. No fixing into the chimney itself is required.
