The Doboj Hospital spans 28,000 square meters, houses 450 beds, and features eight state-of-the-art operating rooms. The hospital serves approximately 300,000 residents and includes key departments such as emergency care, paediatrics, internal medicine, and surgery, ensuring a wide range of medical services.

To support the hospital's stringent hygienic and comfort requirements, Airco B provided comprehensive HVAC solutions, including 20 air handling units (AHUs), Air distribution products, Variable air volume (VAV) dampers, fire dampers and a selection of high-performance fans

These integrated systems ensure optimal air quality, energy efficiency, and a safe environment for patients and medical staff.

The Sarajevo Tower is an impressive residential and commercial building located in the Pofalići neighbourhood on Kolodvorska Street. With 26 above-ground floors, 3 underground levels, and 11,000 square meters of premium office space and residential units, it is a landmark addition to the broader cityscape.

Additionally, the tower includes 600 parking spaces, prioritising air quality and safety. To enhance these features, Airco B provided a comprehensive garage ventilation system, which is equipped with DVV Jet Fans, AXC and AJR fans, as well as smaller fans for optimal coverage. This arrangement ensures efficient air circulation and a safe environment within the extensive underground parking facilities.

Delta Planet Banja Luka stands as the largest shopping mall in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located in the heart of the city, it spans an impressive 62,500 m² and hosts over 100 of the world’s most renowned brands, many making their market debut here.

Airco B has contributed to the mall's infrastructure by supplying DVV fans, air distribution products, and fire dampers, ensuring optimal ventilation, air quality, and safety throughout the complex.

DERMAL stands as one of the largest standard footwear manufacturers in the country, supported by 800 dedicated employees and producing over 4,000 pairs of footwear daily. Their products cater to the Balkan region and serve key European markets, including Germany, France, Austria, Italy, and Slovakia.

To ensure optimal comfort and safety within the industrial facility, Airco B supplied air handling units, Syscroll and Sysaqua chillers, and a selection of MUV/T and MUB systems for the workers' kitchen and restaurant areas.
