Where can I find my product relevant documents?
As a special self-service tool we developed the Customer Portal. There you can search for a serial number or even an item number. Connected to your reference number you will find product relevant documents in example instruction manuals.

Where do I find my serial number?
The serial number can be found on the type plate of your product. This number is the unique reference number of your product. As we have a huge product range at Systemair the design of each type plate can differentiate. On the top you can find an example type plate for a Geniox unit.

What is the function of the QR-Code on my type plate?
The QR-Code on the type plate of your product encodes the unique serial number and the link to the Customer Portal which will speed up the way to get to your documents and the Spare Part list.
