Insulated supply unit with integrated filtration and heating
Compact design
Insulated casing for low noise
Integrated filtration and heating
Easily removable inspection cover
The TLP series of supply units consisting of a fan, heater and filter in a single compact in size insulated casing, making them suitable for various different domestic and commercial applications.
In addition to the own casing for fan and heater, TLP has the external casing insulated with 50 mm mineral wool to ensure low level of radiated sound and provide acoustic comfort when it is installed inside the premises.
Integrated coarse filter increases the quality of the supply air removing large particles out of outdoor air while the integrated heater allows to maintain supply air temperature on desired level.
The TLP unit is simple to clean. Easy removable inspection cover and internal connection with fast clamps allows to remove and replace internal parts easily.
Casing of the TLP supply unit made of galvanised sheet steel corrosion class C3 and insulated with 50mm of mineral wool. TLP has cirular rubber-sealed sleeve couplings, to simplify connection to the circular ducts. Neoprene sealing strips and toggle locks allows to secure inspection lid and prevent leakages.
TLP uses fan with own casing manufactured from galvanised sheet steel. Fan has backward curved radial impeller made of lightweight, hard-wearing fiberglass reinforced polyamide, dynamically balanced and paired with corresponding external rotor AC motor, which protected from overheating by integrated thermal protection with manual (electrical) reset.
The fan must always be connected to power supply 230V 1~ (50-60Hz).
Heater inside TLP unit has own casing manufactured from Aluzinc-coated sheet steel with a heating element in stainless steel.
The heater has integral 2 step overheating protection: one with automatic reset and one with manual reset. Additional protection can be done by using pressure relay DTV200 installed as flow guard.
All TLP supply units supplied with plate filter class Coarse 60% (G4). Filter has rigid perimetral frame to simplify installation and obtain required internal leakage level. The filter should be inspected regularly and replaced at least twice a year.
Airflow level can be controlled by andjusting fan speed 5-step or stepless speed regulator (external accessory).
For temperature control, the heater is most effectively can be controlled by an external power regulator, Pulser-M or Optigo OP and duct temperature sensor. The unit has a maximum air output temperature of 40°C. Fan run-on is not normally required.
TLP is recommended to install indoor on the floor with inspection lead on top.
Small sizes up to 200 can be also installed upside down (inspection lid to the bottom) in false ceilings. In this case the heater must be placed according to installation manual.
Circular spigot with rubber seals designed to connect TLP to the circular ducts by using fast clamps preventing vibration transfer to the duct system.
