In the event of a fire, this innovative system comes to the rescue by swiftly extracting smoke and gases from the room. By providing smoke-free escape routes, it significantly enhances the chances of safely rescuing people during a fire emergency.
The unit’s robust and reliable build is facilitated through a combination of steel and aluminium, making it resistant to the most challenging of operational environments.
Each MRH unit is built around an AXC axial fan integrated inside the insulated housing to reduce heat losses from the buildings.
The hatch casing is made of ZM (ZnAlMg coated) steel while the hatch cover is made of AlMg3. The casing is made as a double metal layer with mineral wool insulation:
• base with 120mm
• cover with 150mm
The series is able to handle continuous temperatures of up to 55°C through regular use and 400°C for 120 minutes. The units are also compatible with the Systemair accessory range which includes an inlet cone, flexible connection, protective grid and more.
Motor inside of the air stream. The unit is built around a single-speed IE3 motor. The unit is also available in different motor types and sizes.
Motors are provided without PTC. The motor protection is provided by customer.
Service switches of motor and actuator serially on the hatch casing. Electrical connection in the service switches. For speed control of single-speed motors use a combination of frequency inverter and appropriate filter to motor side (sine or du/dt), respectively observe instructions.
The MRH fans are suitable for flat roof outdoor installation.
