TOE/TOV roof fans are designed for continuous use in demanding professional environments. The TOE/TOV fans are most often used in commercial environments such as snack bars or restaurants due to its streamlined installation process, effectiveness, and easy-to-clean design.

Construction

The hexagonal casing of TOE/TOV is manufactured in powder-coated galvanised sheet steel. These fans have motors located on top lid which can be tilted outwards to facilitate inspection and servicing.

TOE fans are delivered with preinstalled terminal box on the casing.

Impeller

TOE/TOV fans use radial impeller with backward curved blades. Impellers made of reinforced polyamide, dynamically balanced and paired with corresponding external rotor motors.

Motor

TOE/TOV fans are delivered with AC motors. Motors are suitable for 50Hz and 60Hz.

Motor protection

To protect the motor from overheating, the TOE/TOV fans have integral thermal contacts TK with external leads for connection to an external motor protection device.

Control

The AC motors can be controlled by 5-step, stepless speed regulator.

For demand controlled ventilation, manual control can be combined with timer, thermostat, hygrostat, etc. by using wide range of electrical accessories.

Installation

The TOE/TOV must be installed on the roof in horizontal position. We recommend to install the fan together with a roof curb (available as an accessory).
